Through this Privacy Notice, we aim to inform users of our website about the personal data processed during the use of our website and to fulfill our legal obligation to inform under the relevant legislation.

The Company strives to maintain appropriate physical, technical and administrative security measures within its workplaces and information systems in order to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or alteration of personal data.

We protect our website and other systems by taking the necessary technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, unauthorized access, or unauthorized modification or disclosure of your personal data.

If links to other applications are provided through our website, the Company does not accept any responsibility regarding the privacy policies or contents of those external applications.

  1. Retention Period of Personal Data

The provisions of the Alpaya Doğal ve Kozmetik Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi Data Retention and Destruction Policy shall apply regarding the storage, deletion and destruction of personal data.

  • Your personal data related to marketing and transaction security will be stored for two (2) years.
  • Your other personal data will be stored for ten (10) years.

All requests regarding personal data will be evaluated and responded to by the KVKK Committee of Alpaya Doğal ve Kozmetik Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi.

Please verify the current application methods and application content requirements under the applicable legislation before submitting your request. Applications that do not comply with the content requirements determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority or that are submitted through methods not accepted by the Authority will not be accepted.

The Company will finalize your request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the fulfillment of your request requires additional cost, only the fees determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
